In the spring of 2015, the CLPOA, Township of Muskoka Lakes, YMCA (Pinecrest), and others came to an agreement covered by formal Minutes of Settlement. This agreement (informally known as the Good Neighbour Agreement) was in response to discussions around rezoning some YMCA land begun in the fall of 2010 and concurrent environmental issues.
