3. Why do we need a page like this?

1. I see soap suds on the lake, where is it coming from?
In certain weather conditions, occasionally a white sudsy looking
foam may appear on the lake surface. This is generally noticed on a windy day
when the lake has whitecaps and the action of the tumbling waves makes foam out
of decaying algae that is mistaken for soap suds. The more phosphorus that
comes into the lake, the more the algae will grow and more "sudsy looking foam"
will appear. For more information on how to reduce the amount of algae in the
lake, please visit the Keeping It Clean section.
2. What would be included on the FAQ page?
This section would include a list of frequently asked questions
and would be dynamic as questions are asked and answered.
3. Why do we need a page like this?
The CLPOA executive receive lots of emails and telephone calls
from various cottage owners and this section could include generic answers.
